Job Purpose
Ensures that the necessary Quality processes are implemented on a site in accordance with BQHSE, Statutory, Standards certifications (ISO), and meet Client & Quality requirements.
Job Descriptions
- Review Supplier/Internal manufacturing records as per Part report / Project requirements & to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
- Responsible for managing the quality activities & promote quality culture for the site.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics & Investigating customer complaints and non-conformances & Developing and coordinating root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Measure team performance( KPIs) and drive continual improvements. Participate in risk assessments for the process.
- Developing training programs to increase quality awareness.
- Lead Root cause analysis & implement corrective actions.
- Manage and mentor team members, providing feedback, guidance, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Documenting and recording QMS Process, including PDCA implementation.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to understand customer’s requirements and create Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan in accordance with Customer’s requirement and statutory.
- Safeguarding COC, COI, and PLO MIGAS Process.
- Maintaining relations with the Certification body as well as Inspection services.
- Conducting Internal audit and vendor audits to maintain Benvors AVL standards.
- Maintain records of all Quality Reports and Records.
- Regularly review statutory updates and International standards updates.
Scope of Employment
- Good levels of written and spoken communication skills with the ability to present and explain the Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan.
- Strong passionate for Quality and able to work well with all levels of personnel
- Having good knowledge and skills in ISO and API Standards.
- Having a good understanding of designing a drawing based on the Customer’s requirement in accordance with International Quality Management System Standards (API Q1 & ISO 9001:2015)
Expected Training Achievement
- Minimum ISO 9001:2015 internal audit, Lead auditor will be valued.
- NDT MT & PT Level 2
- Additional BQHSE training courses as outlined on BQHSE Training matrix.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related degree
- Minimum Experience 2 years related industrial which implemented API Q1/Q2
- Understanding requirement of API Q1, 6A and ISO 9001:2015
- Great communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong technical knowledge of API 6A Wellhead, Well testing, API 6A/ANSI Valves and related products, including various types of valves (ball, butterfly, gate) and their applications in various industries (Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Water Treatment), and Geothermal.
- Highly motivated to deliver great work performance in both individual and teamwork tasks
- Dedicated, honest, and ready to shoulder responsibilities with utmost integrity
Work Posting
This position will be assigned to the corporate office in Gunung Putri, Bogor. If applicants are not based in JABODETABEK, accommodation will be borne by the company with Minimum exposure to hazards such as noise, temperature extremes etc. Spends 80% of the time sitting and operating a computer or workstation. Spends 20% of time lifting, pushing and walking. Some climbing.
